One test is one person taking the DISC Work Style Check and receiving a personal report. A package of 50 tests can be used by 50 people.
After payment you receive a group code and a link by email. Share it with your team; each person uses one test from the package when they start.
Each package is valid for the number of days shown (30 to 90 days, counted from the purchase). Tests not used by then expire, so choose the size you will use in that time.
Yes. Team packages include a team report with the team map, the style mix and tips for working together. On request we set up a login for your HR contact to follow progress.
Yes. All prices include 7% VAT: the price you see is the price you pay. Need a tax invoice in your company name? Use the tax invoice request form after your purchase.
Packages are paid by card through Stripe, a secure payment provider; we never see your card details. For corporate orders we can invoice you instead: request a quote below. Questions? Send us a message with our contact form.
We follow the Thai PDPA. Participants see their own report, and every report email has a link to delete their data at any time.
Yes. Anyone can book a debrief with an Education Gateway coach from their report, and for teams we run debrief workshops: ask for this in your quote.

Yes. A single test is refunded in full within 14 days if you have not started it. A team package is refunded in full within 14 days if no tests were used, or for the unused tests if some were. If something went wrong on our side, you always get your money back. See our refund policy.
For 500 or more participants, several departments or a full programme with workshops. Tell us what you need and we will send a quotation within one working day.
